We started brewing craft beer in 2014 and in the last 6 years we have gone from strength to strength.  We’ve experienced huge growth, moved once already to a larger site and now brew more beer than ever before which is why we’re looking for a passionate and hardworking individual to join our Packaging Team.

This role is based at Salford Quays, 2 mins from the BBC and ITV headquarters at Media City. This is where the magic happens, and we create some of the most sought-after craft beers in the UK!


We are looking for a craft beer loving, challenge seeking, hard-working individual to join our team as Warehouse eCommerce packaging manager. You will be part of a fast-paced team responsible for packing our award-winning beer ensuring it arrives safe and sound on our customers doorsteps.

Responsibilities include developing plans to monitor and optimise the day-to-day running of the warehouse and stock control software, implementing quality programmes, and using data analytics to review efficiency of the warehouse and dispatch. The individual is expected to assist in leading the warehouse operations department. This is a physically demanding role and a high level of fitness is required.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain stock purchasing schedules that consider timeline and resource factors
· Maintain warehouse planning methods
· Develop warehouse storage, layout and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) plans
· Manage all SKUs through the software system
· Management of all Warehouse Management Control
· Software assessment and pro-active improvements

What we are looking for:

· 2 yrs Warehouse Management Software experience
· 1 year using eCommerce software and selling through Amazon
· eCommerce Warehousing experience

Responsible for all WooCommerce conduct, inclusive of:

Inventory management (inc. regular stock takes) (online and offline)
New product management
Coupon code management
Customer service queries
Customer interactions
APC courier liaison/management
Preparing paper work for order dispatch
Customer refunds
E-voucher management
Monitor stock levels for packaging materials
Other items related to eCommerce
Supervision of the manual handler

Flexible working hours
Work life balance is extremely important. There may be some days where an early start is required and others where the core hours will be between 8am and 5pm.
