NATHAN CHATS TO ROB BURROW
We met up with Rob and discussed all things Road Runner, MND Association, how Rob is doing and what purchasing this beer will mean to help the foundation.
We’ll be donating to the charity for every can we sell. We are extremely proud to be supporting a cause which is so close to our hearts, with Bro7her Nathan being an ex Rugby League player himself.
MND Association
The MND Association focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those people living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
With your help, we hope to save other families from the heartache of a motor neurone disease diagnosis in the future.
#ROADRUNNERBEER
Former Leeds Rhinos scrum-half Rob Burrow was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in December 2019, just two years after ending his playing career by captaining Leeds to an eighth Super League Grand Final.
Rob is one of an estimated 5,000 adults in the UK currently living with motor neurone disease. Every day, around six people are diagnosed with MND. The MND Association focuses on improving access to care, funding research, and campaigning for those people living with, or affected by, MND.
At least £1 from the sale of EACH CAN of Road Runner Pilsner will be donated to the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Why MNDA? Learn more about our connection to Rob Burrow and Rugby League by watching our interview with bro7hers Nathan (excuse the dodgy audio, it was a brew day!)
