FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS?
If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty you must inform us within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us.

Yes, absolutely! Bring your pooch along to any of our bars.
DO YOU TAKE BOOKINGS?
We do at most of our bars, email the bar you would like to visit and we will get back to you. Find more info on our locations page.

You may return your items to SEVEN BRO7HERS, they must be returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received back to our offices. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

Collections can be made from our warehouse in Salford Quays at the following address:

Collections can be made the same day as you order, Monday – Friday between 8.30am-4.30pm
