Delivery

 

**Please note, during the current festive period we are experiencing high volumes of orders and so despatch may be delayed by 1-2 working days**


UK MAINLAND DELIVERY (1-3 DAYS)

All orders with a value of £50 or more (after any discounts/offers) are subject to free UK Mainland delivery and we hold the right to remove the offer at any time. Orders under £50 incur a delivery charge. Our delivery charge is as follows:

APC Overnight Next Day Delivery: £5.95
Next day delivery for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. EXCLUDES SAT, SUN & BANK HOLIDAYS.

Please note that during busier periods such as sales or Christmas, despatch may take a little longer and so delivery may take up to 1-3 working days.

UK Mainland Delivery runs Tuesday - Saturday. Orders should arrive within 1-3 days if placed before 12pm. Orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday (excluding bank holidays) and fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to areas outside of mainland UK or Europe at the moment.

 

Collection

 

Collections can be made from our warehouse in Salford Quays at the following address:

Collections can be made the same day as you order, Monday – Friday between 9am - 4pm.

 

Returns Policy

 

You may return your items to SEVEN BRO7HERS, they must be returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase. You will be refunded for the goods once received back to our offices. Contact us at customerservice@sevenbro7hers.com for more information.

 

Faulty or damaged goods

 

If there is a problem with your order or items are faulty you must inform us within 30 days of receipt of the order to obtain a refund. To report a problem please contact us at customerservice@sevenbro7hers.com

If an attempted delivery is obviously damaged, you are within your rights to refuse the order, at which point it will be returned to us.

 

Failed Deliveries

 

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Replacements

 

If you have ordered an incorrect size for an item of clothing, we are happy to offer a replacement item (if available) if we are notified within 14 days of the purchase, provided the incorrect item is returned to us in an unworn, saleable condition with all tags still attached. If no replacement is available, please see our returns policy above.

 

Taxes and other charges

 

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.
