Shipping policy
Subscriptions
Your order will ship within 24 hours of ordering (not including weekends) and will auto-renew on the same day each month unless paused, skipped or cancelled. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time by logging into your account or by following this link to manage your account.
Mixed case subscriptions will include randomly selected beers, but will always include any latest releases so you don't miss out.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY (1-3 DAYS)
All orders with a value of £49 or more (after any discounts/offers) are subject to free UK Mainland delivery and we hold the right to remove the offer at any time. Orders under £49 incur a delivery charge. Our delivery charge is as follows:
DHL Next Working Day Delivery: £4.95
Next working day delivery for orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. EXCLUDES SAT, SUN & BANK HOLIDAYS.
DHL Saturday Delivery: £6.95
Saturday delivery for orders placed before 12pm Friday. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following week.
Please note that during busier periods such as sales or Christmas, despatch may take a little longer and so delivery may take up to 1-3 working days.
UK Mainland Delivery runs Monday - Friday. Orders should arrive within 1-3 days if placed before 12pm. Orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY (1-3 DAYS)
DHL Next Working Day Delivery (NI): £9.95
Northern Ireland delivery for orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. EXCLUDES SAT, SUN & BANK HOLIDAYS.
SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS DELIVERY (1-3 DAYS)
DHL Scottish Highlands Delivery: £14.95
Scottish Highland delivery for orders placed before 12pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day. EXCLUDES SAT, SUN & BANK HOLIDAYS.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to areas outside of the UK at the moment.
