The second instalment in our Brewer's Series created by our Brewer, Dan!

Dan has created a salted caramel ale with an amber hue. Packed with spicy and floral notes, this beer has a sessionable body perfect for autumn. Our answer to ‘liquid gold’.

"I didn’t really have to look far for my inspiration for this beer. I love cask ales, that’s my sh*t, so I wanted to have a crack at blending a traditional style, single-hop brew but with a slight twist (because I have a sweet tooth) by adding that caramel flavour to really bring out that caramel malty-ness that we’re already getting from the grain. I want the salted caramel to be a lot more subtle than our other flavoured beers, I don’t want to lose what makes a good ol’ ale so good, so hopefully, you’ll just get that flavour right on the end."
